Refund policy.

If you and your child do not see meaningful progress in the first 60 days of using Tendly, contact us at info@tendly.site for a full refund of the product price.

You do not need to ship the items back. We trust you.

1. Email info@tendly.site within 60 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a short note about your experience
3. We process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method

For unused and unopened items, you can return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Email info@tendly.site to start a return.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.

We are happy to exchange sizes within 60 days. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be resold and are not eligible for standard returns. They are still covered by our 60 day money back guarantee.
