This policy explains how, when, and where we ship your Tendly orders. If you have any questions not covered here, just email us.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two. You will receive an email update.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to become active.
Customs, duties and taxes
SOAS Group is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply when shipping internationally. These are the customer's responsibility and depend on the destination country.
Damages
SOAS Group is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please save all packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will also help. Email us.
Address issues
If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.
